This unique experiential seminar will journey deep into sacred music chanting\, movement\, and spiritual mindfulness practices\, drawing from the hidden wisdom of the traditions of the East. These practices have been shown to alter the structure and function of the brain in ways that enhance memory\, cognition\, and social awareness. These practices also overcome the neural mechanisms that generate stress\, anxiety\, depression\, and anger. \nEach day the group will focus on a different tradition\, and sessions will demonstrate the deep commonality and love for life and humanity reflected in these spiritual practices. The activities are based on Yuval Ron’s work with master spiritual teachers of the East and neuroscientists of the West.
