Description: A four CD Box set release event with a Yoga practice with the Music of the Doshas of Ayurvedic Medicine composed by Yuval Ron featuring Om Chanting by Jai Uttal and master musicians from around the world.
With master yoga teachers Claire Hartley, Daniel Stuart, composer Yuval Ron, and pioneer healer and Metta Mindfulness Music President, Dr Richard Gold.
Come and join us for a free experience of doing Yoga with the new healing music of the Doshas. This celebrated new music creation is inspired by and created to help harmonize the three Doshas known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha. An important, fundamental aspect of Ayurvedic medicine the Three Doshas are the primary forces that are responsible for the characteristics and functionality of our mind and body. Incorporating Brain Entrainment methods and composition techniques informed by the most current theories of sound and neuroscience, Dr. Richard Gold and composer Yuval Ron offer this music as a powerful healing force. This music effects all aspects of a person, promoting their well being and health emotionally, spiritually and physically.
